Here ,we are using hard wood flooring in the bedrooms and study and local slate stone as flooring in the other area.Himachal Black Slate is a hard slate stone which is resistant to stain & crack and also resistant to chemical weathering. It is also used as roofing slates in most of the european .There is a provision of fire place in the top two apartments also.The other specifications , which others call premium, are used by us as basic materials.
The land with a total area of 2304.37 Sq.Mtrs.has a good cover of Indian Gooseberry and other local frut trees.In the first phase,ten apartments of 1710 Sq.Mtrs. and two apartments of 1370.08 Sq.Mtrs with a big open to air terrace are being constructed.As is our practice, we do not make houses on an assembly line drawing.Each projects has a unique design adapting to the local climate and using local materials.
