Swapnil oversees general management and customer relations for GRUPPETRIDENT (formerly TDHP). He believes with each new customer comes the opportunity to turn a business relationship into a personal friendship, which explains why the majority of GTPL’s apartment business is made up of referrals.

Swapnil founded TDHP in 2013 as a one-man operation, specializing in residential construction. His first major project was an INR 360 million residential project for DEFENCE PERSONNEL at Dehradun.

Providing on-time and on-budget service is Swapnil's philosophy. His personal commitment to the company philosophy has solidly established GTPL’s reputation for high standards, and led to its expansion into other markets.

Swapnil currently serves on the board of Sidhcon Constructions & Engineers Pvt.Ltd. and other group companies.
